Based on numerous emerging opportunities, as well as
requests from our clients to offer them our services in
Serbia, Montenegro and Macedonia, in 2007 we decided to open
a CM Project Management office in Belgrade, Serbia.
The mission of the company is to offer expert advice and
assistance to clients that participate, in any way, in the
development of investment projects.
The vision of CM Project Management is to expand the
operations of the companies in the CM Group to the markets
of Serbia, Montenegro and Macedonia through employing local
specialists of various profiles with expert knowledge in
numerous fields.
CM Project Management offers all types of consulting
services during the initial, development and realization
phases of investment projects to investors as well as other
participants in the project.
As well as project management, supervision and preparation
of investment studies, CM Project Management offers services
in design throughout all the development phases of the
project, from the conceptual design and master plans of
neighborhoods and larger developments, including the
preparation of preliminary, main and working designs, to
offering preparing interior designs and working details.
Besides preparing the project designs, CM Project Management
works together with the investor during submission of
requests and obtaining all documents necessary for the
construction and later usage of the buildings.
Local experts from Serbia together with experts from the
central office in Croatia work together and thereby offer
services of the whole CM Group to the mentioned markets.
