1. ISO standards (ISO
9001:2000, ISO 14001, HACCP & ISO 22000)
Establishing and implementing standards represents a
foundation for a quality control system in every
organization, regardless of its scope, size, complexity
and business branch.
2. Mathematical and
statistical analyses
Mathematical and statistical analysis is a
scientific discipline used within the process of
acquisition, organization, presentation, analysis and
interpretation of data in various business fields.
3. Optimization
methods
Optimization methods include sets of techniques and
methods used in search of optimal distribution and/or
allocation solution for limited resource quantity and
value (capital, labour, raw materials, time, etc.).
4. Econometric and
quantitative methods
The tools of the science of economics, applied
mathematics and statistics, are used for analyzing and
predicting the dynamic behaviour of phenomena and
processes under consideration (i.e. investments,
marketing, finance, production, etc.).
5. Time series
analyses
Time series represent a set of chronologically
sorted numerical data, i.e. values of an arbitrary
variable that are chronologically displaying changes in
occurrences. Time series models are used in dynamic
analysis of economic and various other occurrences, and
in forecasting of their future behavior.
6. Simulation methods
The simulation method is a scientific discipline
that enables building computer models of complex
real-life systems which cannot be described or resolved
by conventional mathematical methods. In other words,
whenever a phenomenon, process or system cannot be
described or analyzed in a standard way, that is, in the
form of equalities and/or inequalities, then the
simulation method is the only applicable method that can
be employed.
7. Information and
computer infrastructure development
The contemporary IT market offers numerous software
products and accompanying support services aimed at the
development of company IT infrastructures. Our services
reduce the risk of mistakes that can be made during IT
system implementation, caused by inadequate programs
(operating system, databases, application program,
program packages, etc.), and computer and communication
equipment, that may result in a serious drawback in
deployment of IT and computer infrastructures in
companies.
